Our host Vignesh was the most pleasant and inviting person you can ever have. During the stay, Apu ensured that we were never left without being comfortable. Everyone working here was extremely sweet and was always willing to help. If there’s a place I recommend in Ooty, it’s definitely only this one. I can assure you that you will definitely leave relaxed 🙂

Bed and mattress were comfortable and the rooms have beautiful scenic mountain view. Weather was cold at night. I was provided with heater to warm the rooms. Bathrooms were newly renovated and water heater was good. Mr. Vignesh the Owner of the property was present during checking in and breakfast time for feedback. The hotel horticulture was awesome. The owner was professional and there were no hidden cost at this hotel. You are free to choose your sightseeing or diet or transport. The staff were polite and helpful. Very quiet hotel away from city pollution and noise. Most importantly the owner is honest and transparent. I would like to compliment the Chef and the Supervisor Shiek for thier prompt service.
