Tootletaxi.com taxi services offers transfers with fixed rates so that you know your expenses in advance and the price doesn't depend on the conditions of the route or the traffic or the season. Hill station taxi association does not encourage online travel aggregator operations within town limits which might end up booking a taxi locally with no refund from the aggregators.
You can make a reservation request online by using the displayed reservation form on the tootletaxi.com website. Just fill in the form with the services that you would like to take, and our travel desk team will reach out to you over the phone call to confirm your booking.
We would strongly advise making a reservation in advance. Once your booking has been confirmed by the travel desk, a vehicle is reserved, and we guarantee availability. Last-minute reservation requests, however, can be accommodated if the vehicle is available. Processing can take up to a maximum of 12 hours. A reservation is considered confirmed only after you've received a confirmation SMS / e-mail.
